Democracy is not a common global format of governance.
If it were a common global format of governance then some Democratic Nations would not be led by only a Prime Minister, some Democratic Nations would not be led only a President and some Democratic Nations would not be led by both a Prime Minister and a President.
This means that the Democratic format of governance is adaptable.
Which means that the format can further be adapted to suit a particular Nation's intrinsic needs.
