Once upon a time, three senior Samurais sat in a garden at night, discussing the rule of their kingdom.

Then a nightingale came and perched atop a tree near them.

The three senior Samurai's discussed how they could make it sing.

The first senior Samurai said that if the nightingale would not sing then he would kill it.

The second senior Samurai said that was not the way to rule. To make the nightingale sing, they would have to create circumstances such that the nightingale would be forced to sing.

The third senior Samurai said that both the other senior Samurais were wrong. All they had to do was to wait and the nightingale would sing by itself!
